Offerings

Are you burnt out by the way things are going in your life, and want to explore other options for dealing with stress? I work with burnt out perfectionists and people pleasers, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, and stress related to trauma.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I facilitate space for you to see yourself with honest and compassionate self-reflection. I can help you clarify your conditioning, your values, and your desires. And from there, support you with processing your experiences and creating steps towards making the shifts you are looking for. I am a reflective listener who also discerns when it is helpful to provide direct guidance and skill-sharing (such as somatic practices and other supportive tools).

Do you feel stuck, confused, or curious about a particular area of life? (i.e. career, dating, sex, creativity, friendship, etc.) An astrology reading with me can help you make sense of what is happening and suggest creative solutions to the problems you are facing.
The agenda for the reading comes from you. Think: advice column but we get personal 1-1 time to dive deep, with the astrology as a framework that’s unique and tailored to you! I may use tarot or oracle decks during the session as well.

Have you ever been curious about how to use tarot cards for yourself? I have nearly 10 years of experience reading tarot, and I offer private one-on-one or small group mentoring to help people establish or deepen their own relationship with this tool. I provide individualized support for learning the card meanings, making tarot spreads for yourself, and building routine check-ins as a part of your daily magic practice.
